About the villa

The villa is located on the San Nicolas Urbanisation less than 10 minutes walk into the village and bay of La Herradura. With wonderful sea and mountain views, there is lots of outside space offering sun all day.

The villa will comfortably sleep 6 adults. The lounge/diner features an open fireplace with log burner, sky television, DVD/VHS player, CD/ MP3 player and a dining table for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and full size cooker. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1: en-suite full bathroom, patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 2 features double bed and patio doors to terrace. Bedroom 3 features a double bed. The family bathroom has a full bath and shower.

Outside features a 24ft swimming pool, BBQ(gas), rattan patio furniture, patio table for 8, breakfast table for 2 and sun loungers.
